Respect others

Treat neighbors respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or mislead other participants. Use only your own invited test account.

Get permission before entering

Do not enter property without permission. Requesters, including renters, should make sure they can authorize the requested work and access.

Agree before starting

Confirm the scope, timing, price, equipment, access, and payment method with each other. Wait for the Requester to confirm the match before treating an application as an assignment.

Work safely

Accept only work you can do safely. Discuss hazards, pets, weather, equipment, and access restrictions. Stop if conditions are unsafe. Platform matching and photo approval are not safety guarantees.

Share appropriate information

Use clear, relevant photos you have permission to upload. Avoid exposing people, contact details, or private documents. Keep private coordination in the matched job conversation.

Close the loop

Let the other person know about changes. The Helper marks finished work complete; the Requester then confirms completion after checking it.
